I have become passionate about promoting Inbound Marketing in Australia over the last 8  years. During my business career I have been on both sides of the marketing table: as a marketer for some of my own businesses, and as a media seller and advertising agency. In short, Inbound Marketing has been the most effective approach I have ever experienced.

Inbound marketing involves discovering where potential customers are searching, positioning yourself correctly so they’ll find you and letting them discover whether you have what they are looking for. It allows potential customers to find you when they are ready rather than broadcasting messages to them hoping a percentage are interested.

Inbound marketing is the right approach for the social media generation who hate being sold to but readily share information and recommendations online and devour blogs and other interesting and relevant content. Some refer to it as “content marketing”.
